Cookin'!

It's a hot week down here in Charlotte...Looks like we're breaking some records, getting up past 100 degrees. In fact, the heat index is supposed to get up to 108 tomorrow! Which basically means, don't go outside if you can help it. I am very grateful for the gift of air conditioning this week!
